   Dr. Lowery puts the emphasis upon Bible Conferences in local churches, in which he gives an exposition of some book of the Bible keeping the continuity of thought tied together from the first word to the last word of the book.

Although the messages are pure literal expositions, they are not dull and dry, but vibrant and vital.  While the expositions are as deep and thorough as graduate studies, they are presented on a level at which the most modest layman can comprehend the message being presented.

All financial arrangements are left up to the church.  All that he asks for is honesty.  Whether the church policy is to receive an offering each evening, to receive an offering on the last evening, to set a designated amount to be paid from the church treasury without receiving offerings, to receive offerings and pay expenses from the church treasury, or to handle it in some other customary manner is acceptable if it is done in an honest and non-deceptive way.   Lodging and meals is all that is required.  Both may be in homes since his wife always travels with him and teaches children, age five through grade four, while he speaks to all others.

Time is reserved each year for small churches and out-of-the-way churches which cannot afford to have men come who have financial demands and requirements.  Therefore his ministry is largely  supported by his sponsoring church in Florida, and a few other churches and individuals who make regular contributions.
